    Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund or exchange.

Changed your mind? That's okay — returns are free for store credit or exchanges.

Refunds & exchanges

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days after we receive your return.
  • Exchanges are shipped out within 1–2 business days of approval (subject to stock availability).
  • Store credit is issued instantly and never expires.
  • Original delivery fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

How long do I have to return an item?

You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to start a return.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Returns are free for store credit or exchanges. For refunds to your original payment method, return shipping is for your account — unless the item is faulty or we made a mistake, in which case we cover it.

When will I get my refund?

Once we've received and inspected your return, refunds are processed within 3–7 business days to your original payment method.

Can I exchange an item for a different size or colour?

Yes — let us know what you'd like instead and we'll arrange the exchange, subject to stock availability. Exchanges ship within 1–2 business days of approval.
