35L Double Walled Black Wax Melter for Candle Making

A double-walled black wax melter designed for small to medium candle-making businesses and larger-batch production. The 35L unit has an actual working capacity of approximately 19.5L of melted wax.

Fast, Convenient Wax Melting

• Working Capacity: Approximately 19.5L of melted wax.
• Melting Performance: Approximately 2kg of soy wax flakes can melt in about 15 minutes at 100°C.
• Temperature Control: Adjustable from 30–110°C for soy wax, beeswax, paraffin wax, coconut wax and other compatible waxes.
• Easy-Pour Spigot: The outlet is positioned low in the inner container to help with faster pouring and easier emptying.
• Temperature Management: The melter cycles intermittently to help maintain the selected temperature.
• Indicator Lights: Heating and warming lights show the operating status.

Double-Wall Construction

The inner wall is made from #304 stainless steel and the outer wall from #201 stainless steel. Heat-resistant ABS lid handles are designed to remain easier to handle during normal use, while the stainless steel drum is abrasion resistant.

Use & Cleaning Tips

Set the required temperature and allow the unit to cycle as the wax melts. Keep wax cleared from the sides as needed and use a suitable brush to keep the tap opening clear. After use, allow the unit to cool before cleaning. Wipe out remaining wax with a towel or paper, clean the vessel and tap as required, and dry the inside thoroughly before the next use.
