First-Use Note
The existing product guidance states that new heating components may produce some smoke or an oily / burning smell during the first heating cycle as manufacturing residue burns off. Ventilate the area appropriately. If smoke or odour continues abnormally after initial use, switch the unit off and inspect it before continuing.
Basic Operation
- Assemble the dryer securely and connect it to a suitable power supply.
- Switch the unit on and allow it to warm up.
- Use an appropriate thermometer to check the actual drying temperature at the work surface.
- Raise or lower the heating head to adjust the working temperature and distance as required for the ink system being used.
